Goats are wonderful critters.  They produce enough milk to feed their kids and be milked, you can eat their meat, and they can be used as pack animals.  They are a happy animal and the kids can keep you in stitches.

We raise crossbred Nigerian and La Mancha milk goats from which we sell home-pasteurized milk and goat cheeses locally at farmer's markets and co-ops.  We plan to sell goat cheeses over the Internet.  We need to get an overview of what kind of cheeses you would like.

Goat milk has a higher fat content than cow milk and produces a rich-tasting milk and exquisite cheeses.  Please go to the Special Offer page to see what we are offering and please fill out the questionnaire off that page to let us know what you like so that we can get an idea of what we will need to produce for you.
