      Purpose

        The purpose of this Refund Policy is to inform you about:

    What to do when you have a problem?

    For any problem or concern, contact us by sending an e-mail to service@maiasworld.com
    Please include the indentification information in the email and explain what the problem is.

    How to initiate a refund/return?

    For products:
    Most of the products are refundable. If you ever buy any product and are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us and return it within 30 days of shipping for a refund equal to the price you paid, less shipping costs.
    If for some reason you purchase a product and it does not arrive you will be refunded in full, of course.
    For services:
    Many services are refundable, up to 5 days after fulfillment. If you purchase a service and are dissatisfied for any reason, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the price you paid less any processing fees. We offer a 30 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please contact customer service in advance to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase shipping date.
    A refund/return/replacement can be initiated within 30 days of the shipping date of the purchase by sending an e-mail to service@maiasworld.com. No return is offered on tapes, books, or downloadable products and information. No shipping charges are refunded. Please include the transaction information in the email and explain why you are requesting a refund. We will exchange or refund an items returned as defective, at our discretion.

    What information do we need?

    Maia's World Mall does not retain any Personal Identification Information about you unless you provide it to us. Therefore, if you wish a refund, you must provide Maia's World Mall with any Personal Identification Information about you that will help us to locate and verify your purchase.
    Maia's World Mall complies to the refund policies of Visa and Mastercard Credit Card companies. If you return the product that you ordered from us, we will either refund your purchase or replace your purchase, with the postage and packing at your expense.

    Customer satisfaction is very important to us, but we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the following conditions.

    All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. Standard method of shipping is via UPS or Priority US Mail. A shipping charge of $9.95 per order is charged, therefore we DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES.

    What procedure must you follow?

    Returns Are Simple!
    Simply email our site to obtain a RA (return authorization), provide full details of your original order:
    Order ID
    Order date
    Your name
    and Your email address, which can be found on the email invoice that you received at time of purchase.
    Print out this email invoice and return it with the product.
    All returns must be sent by US Mail, with delivery confirmation. This guarantees that your package can be delivered at any time, whether or not a supervisor is present.
    No refund is issued until the merchandised has been received by us within the thirty (30) day time frame.
    For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, products discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Maia's World Mall is not responsible for manufacturer price changes.

    We may use the information you have submitted to contact you but we will not provide it to third-parties.

    You may request that we delete any Personal Identification Information we have on you in our files. To do so, email us at privacy@maiasworld.com and we will use all reasonable efforts to delete your information from our files.

    How a refund is made.

    All refunds are credited to the credit card that you used, or is paid by company check when purchase is made by check.
    We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

    Maia's World Mall reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on any of the Maia's World sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.

    Shipment cost of any returns is the purchaser's responsibility.
